For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Amarendra Narayan For the Respondent/s : AC to SC - 18 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.

16-02-2017 Heard Sri Amarendra Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 18. The petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition in the month of April, 2015, with a prayer to direct the respondents to grant him 2nd time bound promotion. It is admitted that petitioner superannuated long back in the year 1997 and after such a long gap, the petitioner has approached this Court for grant of 2nd time bound promotion oblivious of the fact that policy of the time bound promotion was abolished long back and as such, after such a long time, there is no reason to entertain the present writ petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
