JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 446 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 324, 354, 307, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the instant case was registered against unknown persons. Learned counsel submits that petitioner no. 2 is the student and son of the petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.1 is the father aged about 72 years. Petitioners are in custody since 08.05.2018.
Considering the fact that the petitioner no.1 is aged
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35037 of 2018(3) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 about 72 years and the petitioner no.2 is the student, the petitioners, named above, is directed to be released on bail after 08.08.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st at Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
