The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and one Md. Imtiyaz being the employees of the informant in liquor shop escaped with Rs.1,12,070/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 02.06.2014 the FIR was registered on 19.06.2014. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46660 of 2014 (02) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 in fact, the petitioner got a better employment and for putting pressure on the petitioner the present case has been lodged. Considering the nature of accusation and the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
