JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mairwa P.S. case no. 96 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2018. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is only the night watchman in the office of Sai International Service.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the alleged amount was not deposited in the account of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35120 of 2018 (2) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. case no. 96 of 2018 with the condition that the bailors should the parents of the petitioner.
