Allegation against all the petitioners lie on similar footing than that of other co-accused, who have had already been granted anticipatory bail in Vide Cri. Misc. no. 8141/15, Cri. Misc. No. 5672/15, Cri. Misc. No. 10760/15, Cri. Misc. No. 2131/15 and Cri. Misc. No. 3986/15.

Accordingly petitioners namely Murari Singh, Arvind Sharma, Ram Tabakya Sharma, Ram Shankar Sharma and Rajendra Sharma each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12301 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 Case No. 60/2014 in event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks subject to condition as enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
