The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29793 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Banka and he was to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order but due to some reason he could not surrender within time. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

The order dated 29.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29793 of 2015 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12377 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
