JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piro (Hassan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i) (x) (xi) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners as well as nature of injuries sustained by the injured persons which is evident from perusal of paragraphs no. 56, 57 and 84 of the case diary, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Piro (Hassan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014 pending in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12320 of 2015 (3) dt.26-06-2015 court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners.
