ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 14.10.2005 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, in Rajauli P.S. Case No. 98 of 2005, G.R. No. 1142 of 2005 .

Since the Petitioner seeks quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application stands dismissed.

However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the
