The petitioner are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of making assault to the informant and others and committing theft of ornaments and cash. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is specific accusation of assault with rod is against petitioner no. 1, but the injuries of the informant side is found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence.

Five persons received the injuries of the petitioners'' side and the injury of petitioner no. 1 is found to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6166 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2015 grievous in nature. The petitioners are the agnates of the informant. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S.
