Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to FIR, someone fired at the father of the informant causing injury at the leg. Soon after the occurrence, five persons including the petitioners were seen fleeing from the place of occurrence.

Submission is that neither the informant has seen the person who caused firearm injury nor the father of the informant, who is injured of the case, had seen any person firing at him. Old dispute is reason for implication of the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid material, let the

No.37669 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jhajha Police Station Case No. 175 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
