The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant by the petitioner and Piyush Kumar. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim got her age recorded 18 years, the Court also assessed her aged 18 years but during medical examination of the victim the Doctor found her aged between 15-16 years. Under Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has stated that she has of her own performed marriage with Piyush Kumar. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
