Revision No. 13 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents stated that he has no objections if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the P.D.S. Revision No. 13 of 2019 filed by the petitioner.

Having regard to the same, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the P.D.S. Revision No. 13 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably
