2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Pusa P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner took the ATM Card and Rs. 10000 from the petitioner and he was also forcing him to give his ATM Pin and Mobile Number.

5. The petitioner is accused in 12 more cases and is in custody since 29.04.2023. It appears that the petitioner is a veteran criminal involved in ATM fraud etc.

6. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The District Judge, Darbhanga and the District Judge, Samastipur are directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner.
