Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 331, 332, 353, 427, 435, 436 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that brother of one Lakhinder Sah was killed by a retired police official and on account of such the villagers protested and put the vehicle on fire and made blockage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general. There are two versions of the same occurrence in which the petitioners have been made accused and they have been granted anticipatory bail and in the present case also other co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9159 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 28056 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 158 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
