This criminal writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents for proper investigation of Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015 and also for arrest of respondent nos. 5 to 8 who are accused in the case. The State respondents have filed counter affidavit stating therein that respondent no. 5 Vijay Yadav has already been arrested in this case and he is in judicial custody, respondent no. 6 Moti Yadav has already been arrested and sent to judicial custody and respondent no. 7 Maho Yadav has surrendered in this case and is in judicial custody. Thereafter on completion of the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.224 of 2016 (5) dt.02-05-2017 investigation Charge Sheet No. 35 of 2016 has already been filed and investigation against respondent no. 8 is still going. Since the grievance of the petitioner has substantially been redressed, hence after hearing the parties, I am of the view that no further persuasion requires in this writ application.
