Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Benipatti PS Case No.274 of 2017 (G.R. No.1043 of 2017) registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of the girl indicates that it is a case of elopement and the Medical Board also found her age between 17 to 18 years and there is no allegation of sexual exploitation by the girl in her statement.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Sikandar Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35626 of 2018(2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Benipatti in connection with Benipatti PS Case No.274 of 2017 (G.R. No.1043 of 2017).
