JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard Mr. Pandey who appears in support of the application seeking restoration of S.A. 516 of 2012 which stood dismissed for part compliance of the order dated 09.12.2014.

This Court under order dated 09.12.2014 granted time till 6th of January, 2015 to remove the defects. It is stated that some or the defects were removed within time. Certified copy of the judgment of the trial court could not be obtained in spite of best effort and, as such, the same was filed after receipt thereof on 28.01.2015.

For the reasons disclosed in the petition and submissions made in support thereof, the same is allowed. Time granted under order dated 09.12.2014 is extended to 28.01.2015 subject to deposit of Rs. 200/- with the

Patna High Court MJC No.598 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 with the Patna High Court, legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof within two weeks.
