JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER -------------- 11-02-2015 In view of subsequent developments, which have taken place during the pendency of the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to invoke the provisions of Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration, Tribunal Act, 2008 for grant of appropriate relief. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
