The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 11.01.2022, whereby name and village of petitioner no. 2 is wrongly typed as "Binit Kumar Mandal" in place of "Dilip Kumar Mandal" and name of village of all the petitioners as "Sukhsena, Tarariya Tola" instead of "Sukhsena Parariya Tola".

In the order dated 11.01.2022, let the name of petitioner no. 2 be read as "Dilip Kumar Mandal" instead of "Binit Kumar Mandal" and village of all the petitioners be read as "Sukhsena Parariya Tola" in stead of "Sukhsena, Tarariya Tola."

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 11.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7970 of 2021 is modified to the ex-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51769 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 tent that the petitioner shall surrender before learned CJM, Purnia in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019, within a period of further four weeks from today.
