This application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.01.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 2967 of 2015 by extending the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order dated 22.01.2015 with a direction to surrender in the court below within four weeks but the petitioner did not surrender in time.

It is submitted that the petitioner fell ill and she was admitted in Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad for treatment of her heart.

Although the petitioner has filed this application

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14456 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 for extending the period of surrender in the court below after one month of expiry of the date of surrender, but since the petitioner is an old lady and she was suffering from heart ailment, the period of her surrender in the court below is extended for three weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order. Let this order be communicated to the court below forthwith. Order dated 22.01.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 2967 of 2015 is modified to this extent only. This application is, thus, disposed of.
