Mr. Sri Sakir Ahmad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.Case No. 68 of 2018 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian penal Code. Submission is that FIR is against unknown and no any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner except two cash memos of the utensils purchased from the shop of the informant; moreover he was never put on TIP and has no criminal antecedent of robbery and dacoity except only one case under Section 354 and other allied offence of the penal code.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Anupam @ Anupam Kumar Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
