Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted in the trial by the learned court below itself, and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in connection with Rivilganj P.S.Case No.150 of 2021 pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra. Permission is accorded.
