The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has already sold his vehicle before the alleged occurrence to one Upendra Kumar on executing an agreement-cum-sale, as contained in Annexure2 to the bail application. Further he submits that no one has taken the name of this petitioner in the first information report. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
