"(i) For conducting an inquiry of the list published by the respondents that in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana because a mass level of irregularity has been committed by the respondents in preparing the same.

(ii) To issue a writ of writs commanding and directing responding authorities to set aside the list published by them for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

2. On 16.09.2025, we have passed the following order:

"Perusal of the relief sought in the present petition, it is not crystal clear with reference to any particular project or particular place where the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) was executed and certain alleged irregularities stated to have been committed, in the absence of specific relief, the present petition cannot be entertained. Therefore, petitioner is permitted to amend the petition with the specific prayer within a period of one week, failing which the writ petition stands dismissed.

2. Re-list this matter on 23.09.2025."

3. Perusal of the relief(s) read with the material information, the petitioner has not approached this Court with complete material information so as to entertain the instant writ petition.
