JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court twice vide order dated 5.10.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.43936 of 2016 and vide order dated 7.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 34957 of 2017.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that out of 22 witnesses only three have been examined, including informant and they have not supported the prosecution case and petitioner is in custody since 14.2.2017.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, as evidence has commenced, learned trial court is directed to expedite the same and try to conclude the trial within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35479 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 a period of seven months.
