The present writ petition has been preferred for : "issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs or order/orders or direction/directions commanding upon the Respondents to pay full compensation alongwith the interest solatium and other consequential benefits payable to the petitioners in accordance with law in respect to the acquisition of their land of plot nos.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1786 of 2017(11) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 347 and 350 of Khata No.5 admeasuring 1.18 acres and 0.98 acre respectively situated in village Narari Kala, AnchalBarun, P.S., Barun, District- Aurangabad and in respect of plot nos. 491/573/633 of Khata No.38 ad-measuring 1.44 11⁄2 acres situated in village Narari Khurd, AnchalBarun, P.S. Barun, District Aurangabad acquired by the State of Bihar by notifications issued on 21.01.2010 and 11.5.2012 for the public purpose, l.e. the Nabinagar Supper Thermal Power Project under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (herein-after referred to as" the Act") as also for issuance of appropriate writ commanding upon the respondents to produce before this Hon'ble Court the notification issued under Section 4, the declaration issued under Section-6, and the notice issued under Section-9 of the Act and the award so made under Section-11 of the Act in order to decide the questions of law involved in this

3. The counter affidavit shows that the land stands acquired and payment already made as per paragraph 11 and 12 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent District Land Acquisition Officer, Aurangabad.

4. In that background, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be granted liberty to approach appropriate authority/Court if the grievance still remains.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
