JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 14-09-2023 Heard Mr. Rupak Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Ms. Divya Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Ms. Ritika Rani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has already

3. If the petitioner will file a comprehensive representation before the Accountant General, Bihar for redressal of his grievance with respect to payment of his pension, in light of the clarification made by the Finance Department vide Memo No. 755, dated 20.10.2017 as contained in Annexure P2 of the writ petition, the Accountant General, Bihar is directed to make a detail communication with the concerned competent sanctioning authority of the petitioner.

4. The concerned sanctioning authority of the petitioner is directed to call for all the service records relating to the petitioner and give detail documentary evidence relating to fixation of pension of the petitioner in light of the circular as has been clarified by the State Government, which according to the petitioner is application in his case.

5. The above exercise is directed to be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the fresh representation by the petitioner.
