The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of non discharge dated 4.2.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai, in Sessions Trial No. 413 of 2014 arising out of Barauni Rail P.S. Case no. 7 of 2014.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C.

The application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, for which reason, he is directed to send a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10963 of 2015 (2) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 7 of 2014, to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, and the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
