2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he has not F.I.R. named accused nor was he named in the first instance in the confessional statement of co-accused.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence as well as the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
