.... .... Petitioner/s

Versus

1. The State of Bihar through the Chief Secretary, Govt. of Bihar, Patna.

2. D.G. of Police, Bihar, Patna.

3. S.S.P. Araria.

4. Office-in-charge Forbisganj Police Station, District - Araria. .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Ms Shruti Sinha, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Ms Kumari Amrita, G.P.10 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 In the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to arrest the accused persons named in the FIR in connection with Forbisganj P.S. Case No.330 of 2014 dated 13.7.2014.

In my view, the application is misconceived. It is well settled that investigation of a case is the exclusive domain of the police. At this stage, the court has no role to play. In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
