It appears that earlier, the anticipatory bail application of petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 01-12-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16076 of 2020 (Annexure 1 to the petition). Now, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail without any fresh material or disclosing any new circumstance for reconsideration of bail.
