The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S.Case No.228 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30, 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is about recovery of 120 ltrs. of bear from the houses of the petitioner and other accused persons. It further appears that the police on information that the petitioners are keeping liquor in huge quantity in their houses the houses of the petitioners were raided.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been falsely implicated in thsi case since they are

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is recovery from the houses of the petitioners and the FIR itself shows that they were keeping the liquor in their houses and on information, the police raided their houses, as such they do not deserve anticipatory bail. . Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
