JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.12.2016, passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Hathua, cancelling the residential certificate dated 22.7.2014, issued in favour of the petitioner, by the Circle Officer, Uchkagaon, Gopalganj, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the same before the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, by filing appropriate appeal / petition. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal / petition is filed by the petitioner, challenging the aforesaid order dated 23.12.2016, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hathua,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1583 of 2017(4) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 before the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, shall pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
