Patna High Court CWJC No.13221 of 2022(2) dt.09-09-2022 2/3 09-09-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): "(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to take suitable departmental action against the Respondent no. 8 on the ground that he did not come to the office at the proper time and regularly rather he comes the office about 12 Noon and he left the office about 3.00 P.M. (II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the Respondents Authorities to refund the amount of house rent allowances from the Respondent no. 8 which was taken by the Respondent no. 8 on the ground that the Respondent no. 8 has not taken any accommodation at the place of his posting rather he used to come to the office from Bidupur.

(III) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
