2. At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that on being aggrieved with the selection of private respondent no.7, the petitioner had approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No.12163 of 2015. Obtaining liberty from this Court, the petitioner filed a Miscellaneous Case bearing No. 49/202324 before the respondent no.3, challenging selection of the private respondent, but till date the same has not been brought to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11936 of 2025(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 its logical conclusion. The order-sheet(s) of Miscellaneous Case No.49/2023-24 has been placed on record.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition, directing the respondent no.3 to bring the Miscellaneous Case No.49/2023-24 to its logical conclusion after giving proper opportunity of hearing to all the concerned, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
