Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for offence under sections 147, 341, 323, 385, 504, 506, 379 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and that the petitioners have also criminal history as well as the fact that they are said to have obstructed the Block Development Officer in exercise of his official duty even by entering into his chamber and also insulted him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners when co-accused has also been only granted regular bail.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is, hereby, rejected but then nothing said in this order, however, shall come in the way of the petitioners in surrendering and making a prayer for regular bail.
