Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 354A, 354B, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant in intoxicating condition and lifted the minor daughter of the informant forcibly. When the informant and others made protest then they have been assaulted by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence as the petitioners have lodged a case against the informant at earlier point of time. It is further submitted that the parties have filed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8954 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 compromise petition before learned court below which has been brought on record as Annexure-4.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 238 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
