======================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 13.03.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger by which it has directed the Petitioner to pay adinterim maintenance of Rs. 1,150/- per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 in New Case No. Maintenance 384 of 2013/Old Case No. 46(M) of 2013.

Considering that the impugned order is merely one of ad-interim maintenance, I see no reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed. The Court below is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party if he has not done so already.
