Choubey, (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 409, 420/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him in connection with K. Nagar (Sri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 554 of 2014 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
