The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45935 of 2015 whereby the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 90 of 2015, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Sitamarhi, making a prayer that the petitioner no. 1 is the father of the informant, petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are the brothers of the informant and petitioner nos. 4 and 5 are the sisters-in-law (Bhabhi) of the informant. On place of father-inlaw, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of the informant the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12114 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 be read as father, brothers and sisters-in-law(Bhabhi) of the informant. The period of surrender of petitioners in the court below is also extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The order dated 01.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45935 of 2015 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
