In this case, the petitioner is claiming that he was getting the grade pay of Rs.4200/- and unilaterally the State has withdrawn and reduced the same from Rs.4200/- to Rs.2800/- without giving any hearing to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4541 of 2017(3) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 As the petitioner submits that before passing the impugned order, he was not given any hearing, let the petitioner file a detailed representation to the District Magistrate, Auranabad. If such a representation is filed, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, after giving hearing to the petitioner, would pass a reasoned order assigning the reasons why the petitioner was deprived of grade pay of Rs.4200/- and reduced the same from Rs.4200/- to Rs.2800/-.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
