The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is named in the FIR relating to recovery of huge cache of firearm, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
