The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhubani Town P. S. Case No. 193 of 2015 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 427, 354(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that in course of investigation, he appeared before the police on notice being issued under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure and fully cooperated in investigation and the police never thought it necessary to apprehend him, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35620 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhubani in Madhubani Town P. S. Case No. 193 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1219 of 2015), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
