2 In this case, bail was granted to the petitioner in Cr Misc No 31365 of 2023 on 21.06.2023.

3 However, as the petition itself was faulty inasmuch as instead of Sessions Trial No 122 of 2023, it was recorded as Sessions Trial No 569 of 2022 and, accordingly, the order was passed.

4 As now the petitioner has corrected the sessions trial number, let the same be read as Sessions Trial No 122 of 2023. 5 Again, due to typographical mistake in the petition, Rs 3,00,000/- was recorded, instead of Rs 30,000/-. 6 Accordingly, the petitioner also seeks modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57529 of 2023(2) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 for that.

7 Let the sessions trial number be read as 122 of 2023 instead of 569 of 2022 and the amount be read as Rs 30,000/- instead of Rs 3,00,000/-.

8 This shall be subject to payment of Rs 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Service Committee.

9 This application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations and directions.
