The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section-7 of Essential Commodities Act. The petitioner happens to be a fertilizer dealer and the only allegation against this petitioner is that the stock, found in his shop had not been entered in stock register and he had not displayed the price list.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8841 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
