1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing the order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Supply Revision Case No. 41 / 2023-24 by the Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur by which the Commissioner has dismissed the revision application filed by the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner without availing the remedy under Section 32 (vii) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 before the Principal Secretary of the Department, has approached this Court. The petitioner may file an appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.12744 of 2025(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 petition before him challenging the impugned order.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this writ application is disposed giving the petitioner the liberty to file an appropriate petition before the Principal Secretary of the Department challenging the impugned order within a period of four weeks from today.

5. If an appropriate petition is filed before the Principal Secretary of the Department, the Principal Secretary shall be obliged to dispose the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such petition. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) praful/- U
