Heard.

The case has been registered under Section 304B Indian Penal Code vide Kuchaykot P.S.Case No.146 of 2014. The allegations were of illtreating and torturing the lady and, lastly, committing dowry death.

However, the case diary reveals that the police had found the case of suicide as the lady had closed herself into a room to kill herself. Persons of the village and neighbourhood assembled and broke the door open to retrieve the dead body. Regard being had to the above facts collected by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48023 of 2014 (5) dt.09-07-2015 police, let the above named petitioner be directed to be released on anticipatory bail either in the event of their arrest by the police or surrender before the court below on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Gopalganj in connection with the above noted case, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
