JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.08.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20327 of 2014 in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.379 of 2012, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua to the extent that the condition of appearing on each and every date at least for two years be modified since he petitioner are old persons.

In view of the aforesaid, let the condition is modified to the extent that the learned court below will cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner on three consecutive defaults. Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
