Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Recovery is of 9.15 litres of English liquor from the dickey and bag tied on motorcycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused in the present case on the disclosure of the Chowkidar. Petitioner has one criminal

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. 7.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
