The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 323, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners and 12 unknown assaulted the informant and abused by calling caste name and snatched Rs. 2,000/- and mobile.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that either the accusation of assault or abusing by calling caste name is not specific against the petitioners. For occurrence of 10.06.2014 at 12.00 A.M., F.I.R.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6179 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 was registered on 11.06.2014 at 4.30 P.M. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 56 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Jamui, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
